We can easily swap out the device for you if it is not working properly and our technicians know how to run diagnostics more efficiently when it comes to troubleshooting. However for our 75M Rogers cable plan we have the option for customers to bring or use their own devices.

There is no upfront fee when you sign-up; you only have to go through our credit check or pay a deposit, if you fail the credit check we require a service deposit and/or hardware deposit, which will be fully refunded upon cancellation of our services.

 For the people who don't have their own modem we offer a wired modem, with rental fee of $4.98/m or wireless modem, with rental of $9.98/m.
